Mom Always claimed the first word I ever spoke was CADILLAC. Mom also always

said "Don't have a lit fire around Johnnie if he's cut...that's not blood in that boys

veins...it's OLINE."

My father, John Joseph Jendza, Jr., was Art director of the Fisher Body Craftsmen's Guild, so as a kid growing up I had the wonderful opportunity to see a lot of automotive stuph that was virtually history in the making. Dad would take me to the new car introductions each September, and started the collection of automotive history and literature that I have continued for some 50 years. The first brochure was for the 1950 Cadillac ... I still have that brochure along with all the other brochure's for most all American cars from every year since ... along with hundreds of automotive publications, periodicals, and newsletters.

From riding in a 1904 Stevens-Duryea with J.Frank Duryea II - great grandson of founding auto pioneer J. Frank Duryea, to high speed driving in a Dodge Viper, to piloting a 150 mph blown alcohol drag boat and onto flying in an F16 ... This love and addiction to the automobile has become a wonderful hobby/job combination and lifelong study that I share with all car people through our specialty vehicle appraisal services, car show presentations, news columns and stories in local, national, and international publications, guest speaker and automotive related events emcee, and various television productions.

"GOOD OLD CARS AND GOOD OLD CAR PEOPLE ... MAY THEY LIVE FOREVER"
